Our Mission............................................
Princess & the Prom is a Connecticut 501c3 tax exempt corporation created to provide free prom dresses to any area high school girl who might not otherwise be able to afford one. It is our goal that every girl has the opportunity to feel like a princess on the night of her prom! Founded in 2007, the program has helped over 2,000 girls get free prom dresses.
Large Size Dresses, PLEASE!............................
We are in desperate need of large size prom dresses, size 14 & up. If you can sew or have any suggestions, we would love to hear from you! Info@PrincessAndTheProm.org
Gown Giveaway Event.............................
The 2012 Gown Giveaway Event will be held:
Friday, March 30th
- 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday, March 31st - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, April 1st - 10:00 amd to 4:00 pm
Location is the Hilton Garden Inn, Windsor, CT. Mandatory
registation will start on March 15th.
Donate Dresses........................................
Doesn't every girl want to feel like a
princess on the night of her prom? Please donate your new
and newly worn formal dresses and accessories to help these
young ladies! Dresses should be from within the last five
years. Best Cleaners has generously offered to clean all dresses.
Dresses can be donated all year long at any of the 11 Best
Cleaners. Click here for
details on their locations/hours. Dresses may also be
mailed to Princess & the Prom at:
